1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of

2. Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with Leonicus GmbH, represented by the managing director [name of managing director].

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

3.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, along with its acceptance, will be sent immediately after submission via an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1. Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

4.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leonicus GmbH, Ringbahnstraße 15, 41460 Neuss, Germany, E-mail: info@nitaskin.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

5.2. In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany if the order value is less than €75. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

6th delivery

6.1. Delivery is only available within Germany.

6.2. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1. Payment can be made optionally via PayPal, Amazon Pay, iDeal, credit card, Klarna instant bank transfer or Klarna purchase on account.

7.2. If the payment method Klarna Purchase on Invoice is selected, the invoice amount is due within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

10. Liability

10.1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

10.2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

10.3. Furthermore, we are only liable if a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) is breached. In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

11.2. Contracts between us and you are governed exclusively by German law. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
